This short training course is specifically designed for cities and capacity development institutions that are about to enter into a collaboration with CDIA and thus prepares them for the co-development of a pre-feasibility study for a strategic urban infrastructure investment project. The learning event objectives are to enhance participants’ knowledge on effective urban investment programming and financing in preparation of the formulation of strategic and bankable infrastructure projects which contribute to sustainable urban development in the Asia region.
