With the objective of integrating youth perspectives and participation, and introducing innovative approaches into CDIA’s project portfolio, Lee Lambert has recently joined CDIA as its first Youth Engagement and Innovation Specialist.
Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree major in Psychology, and is a firm advocate of youth participation in the sustainable development agenda.
He has been involved in social and urban development projects with non-government organizations in Europe, Africa and Asia before joining the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Youth for Asia initiative. As a Youth Project Designer, Lee sought to facilitate youth engagement in ADB operations, particularly in urban development and sustainable transport projects in countries such as Vietnam, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Georgia and Pakistan. He has likewise served as a consultant to ADB’s technical assistance projects within these focused areas.
