GIZ Announces the Retirement of Dr. Bernhard Dohle as CDIA Program Coordinator

The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH has announced the retirement of Dr. Bernhard Dohle (left in photo) from his active role as Senior Advisor in GIZ and as Program Coordinator of CDIA, effective 1 March 2015.
His successor as GIZ Program Coordinator for CDIA will be Mr. Joris van Etten (right in photo). Mr. van Etten has been part of the CDIA Team since 2010 and has worked as Deputy Program Coordinator for the last 2 years. Trained in Public Administration and Public Policy with a Master’s degree in International Public Administration and Public Policy specializing in Urban Management in Developing Countries, he shares with CDIA his broad international and institutional experience. Recently, in Singapore, he was awarded as World Cities Summit Young Leader.
GIZ, CDIA and all its partners thank Dr. Dohle for his vision and commitment to propelling CDIA to an excellent reputation as an innovative program and model for effective international cooperation.
