Call for EOI: Integrated Elderly Care Public-Private Partnership Pilot Project In Yichang City, Hubei Province

With funding support from Shanghai Municipal Government, CDIA is now accepting applications for the Expression of Interest (EOI) of qualified companies to carry out the technical assistance for an Integrated Elderly Care Public-Private Partnership Pilot Project in Yichang City, Hubei Province, China.

With the help from CDIA, the Yichang Municipal Government (YMG) is aiming to build elderly care services that are affordable to both users and YMG needs. The outline concepts have been prepared by ADB and discussed with YMG for a geriatric hospital, residential-based community care facility, and elderly independent living. These three concepts demonstrate how the PPP approach can be applied in institutional, community, and home-based care.
