YAP shares her CDIA experiences with PPP Center of the Philippines
October 12, 2016
As part of the cooperation between CDIA and its national partner organization, the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center of the Philippines, a knowledge sharing session focusing on CDIA’s project development and capacity development initiatives for Asian cities was conducted in September 2016 at the PPP Center Office in Quezon City, Philippines.
The session was delivered by PPP Center’s representative to CDIA’s Young Asian Professionals (YAP) Program, Ms. Kristina Diza, who shared her insights based on her immersion to CDIA operations since May 2016. The session was attended by 25 of her colleagues in the PPP Center from various services.
CDIA’s YAP program was established in 2010 to help enhance the capacity among Asia’s young urban practitioners. It offers unique opportunities to work as part of CDIA, enabling professionals to develop their capacities to take an increasingly greater role in the direction-setting and operation of CDIA’s work that impacts cities in Asia. To date, 11 professionals, including Ms. Diza, have been made part of the YAP program.
