Request for Proposal: Communication Roadmap Implementation

Communications/Public Relations Agencies are invited to submit their proposal to support CDIA in implementing a communication roadmap to positively highlight the goals, milestones and results of its climate and urban infrastructure projects.

The assignment is in line with Agence Francaise de Developpement’s (AFD) and the European Union’s (EU) support to CDIA in preparing climate-compatible, low carbon and resilient urban investment projects in 10 to 12 Asian cities under the Cities and Climate in Asia (CICLASIA) initiative.

In coordination with CDIA, consulting firms are expected to deliver the following outputs:

• One (1) brochure
• Three (3) banners
• One (1) interactive/animated web-based project page
• Four (4) videos
• One (1) publication
• Social media campaigns and corresponding materials
• 20 feature articles on climate change and cities
• One (1) regional seminar/outreach activity

The maximum amount of the contract is EUR 200,000.00 which will be implemented from 2019 to mid-2021.
