Webinar Alert: Urban Breakfast on 29 October
October 23, 2020

While there are many headlines about Asia’s aging population, it’s actually the most youthful region in the world – with over 1.1 billion people aged under 30. While youth are the future policy makers and citizens of cities and represents a large workforce that can contribute to both the formal and informal economies, their engagement in urban planning and development is still overlooked by city project stakeholders.
CDIA and ADB Youth for Asia (YfA) recognize the importance of youth engagement in urban development and have collaborated with youth and other stakeholders on infrastructure project preparation in several countries.
In this webinar, we will talk about why involving youth in infrastructure projects is critical to securing a sustainable future for the region and how everyone can contribute to their cities’ futures.
