2018-2022 Accomplishment Report Now Available

CDIA has recently released its accomplishment report, which highlights its efforts and success stories under Strategy 2018-2022.  

Over the last five years, the strategy document served as its compass in working with a range of partners – donors, national and local governments, funding agencies, network partners, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders – in pursuing inclusive, resilient, and sustainable urban development.  

The report, therefore, highlights what the project preparation facility has accomplished with partners, as well as its contribution to the development impacts of environmental improvement, climate change adaptation and/or mitigation, good governance, and pro-poor and inclusive development.  

It likewise showcases six projects monitored in the last five years to provide a picture of how CDIA interventions have increased the development impacts of the projects it prepared.

It further includes an update on the financial health of the trust fund and finally a preview of what partners can expect from CDIA going into the next strategy phase, as guided by Strategy 2023-2027.   

The team is committed to strive harder to prepare bankable and investment-ready projects, respond more effectively to the needs of secondary cities and funding agencies, and align its initiatives with global agendas while building on its strength over the last 15 years.
