Edkarl Galing
Urban Development Specialist, ADB/Fund Manager, CDIA
Karl has more than 20 years of experience working on water resources management, water supply, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), solid waste and wastewater management, and environmental and engineering geological assessments.
He currently serves as ADB’s urban development specialist in the Southeast Asia, Pacific, and South Asia regions, managing investment projects and technical assistance on water, sanitation, and urban development projects.
Prior to ADB, he has worked for more than a decade with the World Bank Group and previously with bilateral donor agencies, providing technical advisory services and analytics on development programs and poverty alleviation projects.
