Urban Development Specialist
Fabienne Perucca has joined CDIA within the framework of the cooperation between ADB and AFD (Agence Francaise de Developpement) to support cities in developing infrastructure projects with climate co-benefits.
Fabienne has over 10 years of experience in international development cooperation programmes and worked on various projects related to sustainable urban development.
Before joining CDIA, she worked with UN-Habitat (Kenya) on municipal management and institutional capacity development. She also developed projects on access to basic services and urban resilience in her previous role as Head of Mission of an international non-government organization in Vietnam. She had further experience working for the French bilateral cooperation and the ‘Cities without slums’ program in Morocco.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from Sciences Po Rennes, France.
