CDIA Program Manager
Neil Chadder was appointed as Program Manager in January 2018. He joined CDIA in July 2016 as its Urban Environmental Engineer. In a span of 18 months, he was able to work closely with 12 cities in Bangladesh, Georgia, India, Pakistan and Tajikistan in developing their infrastructure projects, with an estimated investment value of USD1.2 billion.
Neil is a water supply and sanitation engineer with over 35 years of experience in the urban development sector. He has worked throughout Asia and Africa on a wide variety of projects funded by ADB, KfW, JICA and the World Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton in England, and Masters in Public Health Engineering from Imperial College London.
