Ramon Abracosa
Design and Development Consultant/Former CDIA Program Manager
Ramon Abracosa is a civil and environmental engineer. He has over 30 years of consulting experience in various resource planning, urban planning, and environmental improvement projects, ranging in scope from project preparation activities to policy and institutional interventions, financing, and capacity building.
He is also an Adjunct Professor of development management at the Asian Institute of Management in Manila, Philippines. He holds a master’s degree in infrastructure planning and a PhD degree in resources planning and management from Stanford University, and a Master of Engineering degree in water resources engineering from the University of the Philippines.
