Roohi is a seasoned professional with expertise in urban planning, architecture, project management, and climate change. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked extensively at the intersection of urban, water, and climate issues. She has joined CDIA from the World Bank (WB) where she spent more than a decade and has a deep operational experience across the life cycle of WB projects, evaluations, economic sector work, institutional reforms, and poverty diagnostics. Roohi also has extensive multi-regional experience and has worked with various multilateral and bilateral organizations. She is duly recognized for her client-oriented approach and ability to deliver innovative solutions. She possesses strong analytical skills, demonstrated through her publication record and proficiency in conducting sector diagnostics.
As an alumna of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Harvard University, Roohi‘s passion for exploration extends beyond her professional life. She finds joy in traveling, taking nature walks, and capturing moments through photography. Additionally, she appreciates good food and enjoys indulging in culinary delights with great company.
