Since 2015, CDIA has been conducting tracer studies in selected cities with completed project preparation studies that have project components linked to financing. Using a rapid assessment approach, these tracer studies seek to provide evidence on the results brought about by CDIA interventions on the project beneficiaries and explore if and how the project interventions contributed to the observed results.

Using the results of the tracer studies, CDIA features selected projects in video documentaries to visualize their tangible results and benefits and CDIA’s value in urban development initiatives.
